Important Aspects of House Arrest in the Czech Republic from the Perspective of Probation Officers

This bachelor thesis deals with important aspects of house arrest in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains basic information about this sentence and electronic monitoring of convicts. In the practical part qualitative semi-structured interviews were used with probation officers who have experience with the house arrest. The research looks at the views of officials on criminal prosecution with the control of the electronic monitoring system.
